Those who previously owned Infant Optics claim that eufy does a MUCH better job when it comes to signal range.
First-time owners of baby monitors are literally blown away by the signal range of the eufy SpaceView baby monitor.

Indicators & Alerts
The eufy SpaceView pro indicates battery levels, signal range, and temperature on the display. It does not give an alert if the temperature is low, the battery runs out, or if you have exceeded the signal range.
The Infant Optics DXR-8 Pro on the other hand has an alert for low battery or if out of range. The temperature level is shown on the display but you cannot set a threshold to alert you if the room temperature is not optimal. The display also has a visual indicator of the noise level in the room when in standby mode which many parents have become dependent on.

Battery Life
The Infant Optics DXR-8 Pro comes with a maximum battery life of up to 10 hours on Audio-only mode and up to 6 hours on display-on mode. The manufacturer specifications do not clearly mention if this model has VOX mode programming, but we found from other sources that it does. Unfortunately, this has not helped enhance the battery life of the display by much.
Using this Voice Activated mode, the Eufy Spaceview Pro on the other hand has a maximum battery life of up to 30 hours on Audio standby and up to 12 hours on display-on mode.
The VOX mode turns on the baby monitor when a minimum sound level is triggered in the room. Since the screen only wakes up if a noise is detected in the room, the battery life of the display unit is greatly prolonged.

The Eufy Spaceview Pro also comes with a 5-inch display screen and a 720p HD resolution which makes everything in the room crystal clear for parents to view. According to the reviews, the display quality is excellent and free from complaints. One can see a better view of the room with the wide-angle lens attached to the camera without having the need to zoom on every part of the room to get a better look.
